What is a step?
One finished piece of something your product is missing. A small fix is one step. A big feature is cut into a few, each one working on its own. A pull request closes one or more steps, and they count once you merge it. Close one without merging and it costs nothing.
What happens past my plan?
On a paid plan Onsay keeps shipping, and each step past your plan is billed at your plan's price per step on your next invoice. On Free, steps wait for next month. Conversations past your plan are still answered, from your articles, without AI.
How hard is it to cancel?
One click, from your plan page. No call, no email, no offer of three months half price.
AI code is garbage though.
You see the reasoning before a line is written, and you approve or reject that reasoning. Reject it and nothing gets generated at all. That is the whole design.
I do not want it in my code.
It never writes to your main branch and it never ships anything itself. It keeps no copy of your source once the work is done.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Delete the product and everything about it goes. We never had a copy of your code to begin with.
Do you train on what my users tell me?
No. We publish aggregate numbers across everyone sometimes, never one customer's contents.
